ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Andrew Mitchell is a seasoned brewer of beer and mead. A qualified master brewer with an undergraduate and master’s degree, he has worked in mainstream brewing plants and managed breweries of all sizes in multiple countries. Andy was instrumental in the start of the craft beer revolution in South Africa and ran a state-of–the-art craft brewery in Yenda NSW. Now retired, he lives with his wife in Western Australia.
